UC知道关于邮件^^^全是英文,不知内容是什么?

近日收到一邮件不明白是什么意思?(全是英文)请人帮助!!!
1.发件人是: "Mail Delivery System" <MAILER-DAEMON@mx11-45.sinamail.sina.com.cn>
2.邮件内容是:This is the mail system at host mx11-45.sinamail.sina.com.cn.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.
